Jennifer O’Sullivan, RN, Braunwald Tower 8AB

Jennifer O'Sullivan“Her first smile, our first conversation was the beginning of me believing mentally I was going to survive this ordeal. Jenn held my hand when I needed to cry. Got me up to walk (with her) to get me moving. Kept me entertained with stories of her two little ones. She was literally a lifeline in this new world I didn’t even begin to understand how to navigate. Her empathy, kindness and compassion, especially when I was simply just mad at the world and not an easy person to be around, deserves its own stand-out award.”

Meaghan LenaneMeaghan Lenane, BSN, RN, Braunwald Tower 14CD

“Meg is truly a lovely and compassionate person. Being a nurse is not just a job for her. She really cares about the well-being of her patients. Meg has helped make my stay so much more comfortable than I had expected…. Meg was so incredibly kind and understanding of my situation without being judgmental. It truly came from a place of compassion at a time when I needed it the most. She always made a point to check on me and ask if I felt safe. And that meant a lot to me.”
