Coming Soon: Nurse Engagement Survey

The Department of Nursing is launching a Nurse Engagement Survey through the Advisory Board Company to seek feedback about what we are doing well and what we can improve. Your input is critical in helping to ensure we have an optimal practice environment that supports exceptional patient care and nurses’ growth and development.

The survey, which will be sent to all active BWH nurses, will launch Monday, Nov. 13, and close Monday, Dec. 4. Survey emails will be sent from Advisory Board Survey Solutions at surveys@advisory.com. The survey will take five to 10 minutes to complete and responses will be anonymous. Nurses will have time to complete the survey during their shifts.
