Students in BWH’s world-renowned Dietetic Internship Program celebrated the completion of the program with a graduation ceremony on June 21.

The program accepts nutrition professionals who have earned their bachelor’s degree and taken core courses approved through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics Program.

Kathy McManus, MS, RD, director of the Department of Nutrition, noted the success of past interns: 100 percent have found employment within six months of graduating from the program. More than 1,000 interns have participated in the program since it began in 1913.
